1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the UAE and all Gulf countries including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.


2. How long does delivery take?

  • UAE: 2–4 business days

  • Other GCC countries: 4–7 business days
    Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and customs clearance.


3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available in UAE and KSA for select orders. Please check at checkout for availability in your region.

5. Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. We source all our products directly from trusted manufacturers and verified suppliers, especially when it comes to skincare and beauty.


6. What if a product arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re truly sorry if that happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund as needed.


7. Can I return or exchange a product?

Due to the personal nature of beauty and skincare items, we currently do not accept returns unless the product is defective or incorrect. Please refer to our return policy at checkout.


8. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your order directly on our site or the courier’s website.


9. Are your skincare products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many of our products are formulated for all skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we recommend doing a patch test first or consulting your dermatologist if unsure.
